Funeral services for Wallace Lane McRae, of Simpson will be held Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 11 am at the Simpson Baptist Church, with Bro. Silas Cross, Bro. Jeremy Blocker and Bro. Gil Arthur officiating. Burial will follow in Read Obituary

I'm sorry for your loss,Mrs Dalme your dad was so sweet and I hope you and your family will be ok .it will take some time to heal I love you and you are in my prayers.your parents raised two wonderful girls and I'm glad I had you and Mrs Morgan in my life y'all were wonderful teachers and my friends love you and your family and I hope you the best.

Wallace was a friend to me and to the community of Simpson. He was a real asset to Simpson and Vernon Parish schools as well as Simpson Baptist Church. His uncanny humor as well as good common sense will be greatly missed. My sympathy to you Jimmy, Amy and family.

Wallace McRae was a fine person. Never in my 38 plus years living in Simpson, that when I seen him wether it be at Buds or the post office he spoke to me. He will be missed. May he rest in peace. Prayers for this family that is dear to my heart
