I worked for Tom at Fort Polk and enjoyed my time tremendously. My husband also knew him while at Fort Chaffee and got along with him so well. I often wondered how he was doing and if he was still in LA. Rick and I send our love and sympathy to Carol and all of the children and know that so many of us loved him and working with and for him! Sally and Rick
I worked for Tom at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas from 1990-1993 until the post closed and moved to Fort Polk. Those were the most enjoyable years of my career and I learned so much from this man. He and his wonderful wife extended their friendship to me and are both incredible people. I am saddened to hear of his passing and will keep his family in my prayers at this difficult time. He was a joy to work with, a wonderful human being, boss and my friend.
