Mr. Norris was a true guiding light to me and (I believe) many others. I watched him walk with his faith it in comfort and familiarity. I heard him pray with power in a soft, gentle voice. To put it succinctly, he is the measure of a Christian gentleman to me.
I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my father last year so I can understand your pain. Death is never easy to accept which is why it's called an enemy in the Bible at 1 Corinthians 15:26. But Jesus gave us a hope based on the Bible at John 11:25: \"I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.\" So, we will be able to see our loved ones again by means of the resurrection. Then we will never have to lose them again. Why can we say that? Because God has promised us this in the Bible at such scriptures as Isaiah 25:8, Isaiah 26:19, and Revelation 21:3-5. Isn't this good news?
