When we were young we raced the boys in our cars and she won every time when we got old we still raced trains, broke in houses and climbed through windows. Loved my sister,,,,,thank you Shirley for the memories!!!
Meme wasn't just our grandmother, she was our best friend. She always knew when her grandkids or great grandkids were in trouble and needed someone to check on them or needed a shoulder to cry on or talk to. She was the first one to call me when I was planning on leaving Alabama to come back home. She knew something bad had happened before anyone else did. Anytime we needed something she way there for us no matter what. She will be forever missed.
She was a Loving Mother and Grandmother and friend to many people and she will be missed by All here on this earth below but one day I plan to be there with her and my two boys waiting for a Great Reunion with our Lord YHWH. It's hard to let go of the best friend I could ever as for but I am at peace knowing My Mom is in Glory Land. DQ
