To the Jeter Family, I am so sorry for your lost. We worked together at the DES DA Police, we were the first two people that was on board before all of the rest of the DA Police got there. He was a pleasant man to be around. He will truly be missed. RIP Jeter.

Ricky and I had grown to be much more then co-workers he was a very good friend. I don't know that I will ever be able to find someone to replace Ricky that has his trade skills, attitude, and just a down right working machine! Your Husband and Father was a special man, and will be truly missed my Myself, his Co-workers and the Corps of Engineers. Ricky along with all of you will be in my prayers.

Mr. Ricky's passing has shocked so many. He truly was a great man. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Mrs. Katrina, Jill, Bryan, Holly, Kris, Dallas, Brent and all the rest of the family, take each day one at a time. Katrina & family: I am so shocked and saddened by Ricky's passing and you're great loss. Ricky was one of my best friends for so many years, and though not in touch often these last few years I thought of him often and the fun we had together so long ago. I will miss you old friend.
