We worked together at DHH. Joyce was an exceptional kind, thoughtful lady. Soft spoken and undeniable a true southern lady. I shall never forget Joyce, she was a person that put an imprint on your life that you never forgot. We spoke last July 2024. We promise to get together for lunch one day but we both to busy. I will miss Joyce Rumsey. She never complained about her cancer.
I met MS. Joyce thru Maureen Arnoldi, she was such a sweet lady....So sorry to hear of her passing. God blees the family and I will keep the family in my prayers.
