Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Sandel Dowden will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2013 in the Gum Springs Baptist Church with her grandson Jacob Hilton officiating. Burial will follow in the Gum Springs Cemetery under Read Obituary
