He was my cousin that I met about ten years ago. I loved him and miss him.
Billy Wayne was a fellow employee at KCS Railway Co. and was always delightful to work with. Always happy and wonderful to be around. Rest in Peace My Friend.
Great Christian Man....always glad to see everyone!!!
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Brother Brooks was one of the finest Christian men we have ever known. We always loved and respected him. I have no doubt that he will hear the words, "Enter in my good and faithful servant." Love you my Brother
Bro Billy Brooks was the definition of a kind and gentle soul. I do not know that I can ever remember seeing anything but a smile on his face. He, his family and my family attended 1st United Pentecostal Church in Leesville, LA together for years/decades. I saw his grandson Dalton grow up from an adorably handsome little boy to a wonderful man expecting his first baby with his wife Emily. His PawPaw meant the world to him. I will miss seeing Bro Billy driving 3rd Street, honking his horn and waiving to me, as both he and I work/worked downtown. He will also be missed by friends and acquaintances who met him over the years. There aren't a lot of men like Bro Billy. Sincere condolences and prayers for God's peace and grace to engulf his sweet family during their time of great loss of this amazing man. I do believe Heaven rejoiced on January 20, 2019.
We will miss seeing our good friend when we visit. God be with y'all.
I am so sorry for your loss. I went to school with Billy Wayne. He was a good friend.
Billy Wayne was my cousin! He was a very sweet cousin that I would see him at the LaCaze reunion in Pitkin. So very sorry for the family's loss.
