During my senior year at Simpson I was fortunate enough to be Ms. Al teacher's aide. I had the best time, laughed a lot, and grew to love such an amazing person. My senior year I had many changes in my life, moved out of a domestic violent home, and Ms. Al continued to inspire me, encourage, and showed me love during the most difficult time. She started doing photography and took all my senior pictures at Hodges Gardens, had printed them out so that my graduation would be special. What she did for me went above and beyond the call of duty from a teacher. She became my friend and a mentor in my life. She inspired me to give to others who are less fortunate, love others who do not feel love, and encourage others when they feel like giving up. Mr. Jeff was just as open with compassion and love towards me and would be so kind. I am forever moved by what she did for me. You see she did not advertise what she did she did it from a giving heart. I was so honored to have her in my life and I thank God for allowing me the privilege of knowing such a beautiful woman. Words can never articulate, could never do her justice for the incredible woman she was. I love you, Mrs. Al. Thank you for being my inspiration, foundation, and rock. You will forever be in my heart.
