My wife and I have known Bill for 20 years. We are sorry to hear of his passing.

I worked with Mr. Bill for several months at the main office, when we were Northrup Grumman. He was an expert in his position. Sweetest, kindest, gentlest man I ever met. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in eternal peace. My prayers go to the family.
