William was born on September 20, 1938 in Longview, Texas. He passed away on August 31, 2023, in Dequincy, Louisiana.
William is preceded in death by his son; Charles N. Miller, daughters in law; Nelderine Miller and Sylvana Miller.
Left to cherish his memory is his son; William P. Miller of New Llano, Louisiana.
