Waine "Bo" Ross' Obituary
Funeral services for Waine “Bo” Ross, 42 of Anacoco, LA will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Hornbeck. Rev Kenneth Baggs and Rev John Lewing, II will be officiating, the burial will follow at Toro Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 22nd, from 12 noon until service time in the church Sunday. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, LA
Bo, the son of Loyd W. Ross and Lorris M. Pruitt and Eva Ross, was born in Grand Junction, CO. He passed away Thursday, April 20th at his residence in Anacoco. Bo is preceded in death by his mother, Lorris Pruitt; grandparents, Sylvestie Gibson, Ralph Ross, Jean Pruitt and Ruby and Leo Parrie; Aunt Francis Knippers.
Bo proudly served his country as a US Marine, and he worked for C.S.R.A. helping to train soldiers. He was a loving husband, father and son. Bo truly loved spending time with his family and was a Computer Genius. Bo was an avid gamer of table top games and computer games.
Bo is survived by the love of his life and wife of 11 years, Cheryl Ross; three loving daughters, Julia Craig, Katarina Ross and Sylvia Ross all of Anacoco; his parents Loyd and Eva Ross of Zwolle, LA; siblings, Teeah McOwen. Cody Poole and Todd Pruitt all of Riddle, Oregon his beloved and spoiled puppy “Lilly”. Bo was loved and also will be greatly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
