I was actually speaking of Vicki the other day while explaining to someone what a \"Penny Queen\" was. Seems no one in these parts ever heard of such a thing. My heart goes out to all of the family.
Vicki was always full of life I will always remember the wonderful times we had in school. My heart and prayers are with you during this time. I know she will truly be missed by everyone she has ever come in contact with. She always had a heart of gold.
