Vera Kay's Obituary
Vera Mae Kay was born November 27, 1911 in Vernon Parish, the daughter of Labe Monroe and Eula Graham Parker. She passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2008 in Many, Louisiana. Mrs. Kay was the last remaining Charter Member of First Baptist Church in Anacoco; where she served as the first church treasurer and was active in WMU, taught in Vacation Bible School and Sunday School. She was baptized in Anacoco Creek in 1946. She was the oldest living graduate of Anacoco High School; having graduated in 1931
