Travis Paul Frederick's Obituary
Funeral service for Travis Paul Frederick, First Sergean (1SG) Retired, 89, of Leesville will be held 10 AM Saturday, June 28th at the ST. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. The burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Leesville
He passed away Wednesday, June 25th in his residence in Leesville.
He served his country in the US Army for 29 years. He was a veteran of 3 wars World War II, Korean War and the Vietnam War. As a survivor of the Bataan Death March, he spent the remainder of WWII in a Japanese POW Camp.
He will always be remember as a loving and devoted husband, fath adn grandfather
He is survivied by his wife Anna Frederick of Leesville; son, Grant Frederick (wife,Melanie) of Shreveport, LA and his daughter Diane Thagard (husband Keith) of Dupont, WA; 2 grandsons Michael Frederick and Andrew Thagard and friends
