Tommie Lee Cunningham's Obituary
Funeral services for Tommie Lee Cunningham, 69, of Hornbeck, Louisiana will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 13th from 5 pm - 8 pm, and then on Saturday, September 14th, from 9 am until service time in the chapel.
Tommie, the son of Orvelle R. and Ivory I. Owers Cunningham was born October 6, 1943, in Hornbeck. He passed away Wednesday, September 11th at his residence in Hornbeck.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Nell Cunningham.
Tommie was a chicken farmer and worked at Hodges Gardens for six years and Valley Electric. He was funny friendly and loved gardening and was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his Son, Ricky & wife, Vicki Cunningham of Benton, LA; Daughter, Renee & Joel Mizell of Leesville, LA; Brother, Arthur Ray Cunningham of Fredericksburg, TX ; Sisters, Elizabeth & George Jones of Hemphill, TX and Connie Spears of Hornbeck, LA; Grandchildren, Whitney Cunningham, Drew Phillips and Blake Phillips and Great Grandchildren, Riley Schnooberger and Karlie Schnooberger.
