He was born on June 23, 1952 in Maidsville, West Virginia to his parents Thomas Holden & Leonia Willard Neely. He passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020, in Leesville.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Rebecca Neely.
Left to cherish his memory is his brother; Terry Neely of CA.
