Syrderic Lamar Bowman's Obituary
A celebration of life for Syrderic Lamar Bowman, 63, of Leesville, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 25, 2019 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville with Rev. Louis Smith officiating.
Syrederic was born on October 5, 1955 in Jasper, Texas to his parents, Jerry Lewis and Ella Bowman. He passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019 in the Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville.
Syrderic loved people, animals and more than anything else his grandchildren. He enjoyed getting the family together for huge cookouts. His belief was to eat, drink and be merry because life is a gift from God and should be enjoyed.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Ella Bowman.
He is survived by his loving companion Thelma Brock, his children LaTisha Johnson of Leesville, SyLeinia Fortin of GA., Joesph Blake of Leesville and beloved grandchildren, his siblings, Marvell Bowman of Leesville, Mechell (Tracy) Ford of North Chicago, IL., Vashell Patrick of Lima, OH., Sonja Bowman of Leesville and Shawn Bowman of Leesville.
