Suzette Gail's Obituary
Suzette Gail Hunt Hicks, age 50, passed away in her home in Longville, LA, January 24, 2013 after living with ALS for several years. Suzette enjoyed card making, scrapbooking, gardening, fishing, her purple martins, and other outdoor activities, but she most loved her family and close
friends, “Her People”.
She leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends. Among them: her husband Ricci Waynon Hicks, her daughter Kathryn Anne Hicks Habetz, her son-in-law Derek Weylin Habetz, and grandson Carter William Habetz. She also leaves behind her father and mother, Harold and Brenda Hunt, her mother-in-law Verna Hicks, her sister Suzan Marcantel, her brothers Slade and Shannon Hunt, and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and wonderful friends.
Visitation will be Monday, January 28 from 5-9 pm at Longville Baptist Church
where Suzette was a member.
The funeral will also be at LBC Tuesday at 10:00 am. She will be buried at Magnolia Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder, LA. The family wishes to gratefully thank those who faithfully cared for and supported her during her illness. She loved you all.
