Funeral services for Steven G. Netherland, 54 of Simpson, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2013 in the East Leesville Baptist Church with Rev.’s E.J. Bradshaw and Dale Mortensen officiating. Burial will follow in the Read Obituary
Mrs. Netherland and Sara,Pam and I send our deepest sympathy to you during this time of great loss. We were out of state and unable to attend the service for Steven. I always knew him to be a man of outstanding moral values and deeply committed to serving the public throughout his law enforcement career. To the family of Steven, My prayers are with you all. Steve and I are good friends for life and co-workers when he was on the Leesville City Police. God called him home to be with him. Like you all I will always remember our times together. God Bless!
