Graveside services for Shirley Diane Dodson, 76, of Alexandria, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 15 2022 in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Hornbeck with Bro. Wayne Chance officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 14, from 5:00 P.M– 7:00 P.M in the funeral home.
Shirley was born on December 20, 1945 in Florien, Louisiana to her parents, Louis R. & Elsie Koonce Chance. She passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022 in Alexandria.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish her memory is her siblings; Betty Green and husband Jerry of Hornbeck, La., Donald Chance of Ragley, La., Mavis Funderburk and husband Donald of Florien, La., children; Mike Behan of Hornbeck, La., Denise Harvey and husband Jim of Leesville, La., Karen Fonseca and husband Mike of Smiley, Tx., grandchildren; Brian Ellzey, Kayla Evans, Kim Harlow, Devhyn Fonseca, Caitlyn Weathers, Cassidy Weathers, five great grandchildren and two great -great grandchildren.
