Graveside services for Shelby Donald Keene, 64, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 15, 2011 at the Keene Cemetery in Jena, Louisiana with the Bro. Ken Campbell officiating. Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Shelby, the son of Weyland and Mary Sanders Keene was born on January 17, 1946, in Jena, Louisiana. He passed away on Friday, January 14, 2011 at his residence in Leesville, LA.
He was preceded in death by one granddaughter.
He is survived by his wife, Lori Keene of Leesville, LA; children, James Edwards of Call, TX, Sheila Cabell of Wichita Falls, TX, James Keene of Jena, LA, Melissa Finley of Jena, LA, Christie Garrison of DeRidder, LA & Kelly Manasco of Florein, LA; brother, Vance Keene of Jena, LA; sisters, Myra McPhereson of Jena, LA & Elaine Smith of Olla, LA and 11 grandchildren.
