Shayne A. Maddox, 44, of Leesville passed away Sunday, March 16 in Rosepine.
Memorial service will be Sunday, April 20th at 2:00 PM in the First Christian Church in Leesville, LA. With rev. Neal Early officating.
Shayne was born in Leesville and was a construction worker.
He is survived by his wife Melissa Perkins Maddox of Angleton, TX; sons, Derrek and Dustin Maddox both of Angleton, TX, daughter, Crystal Cole of stationed in Japan; his mother Mona Maddox of Leesville and his uncle Hershal A. Weeks of Leesville.
He was preceded in death by his father Jack Maddox.
