Memorial services for Sandra “Sandy” Mae Wilder, 40, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2011, at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.
Sandra, the daughter of George A. and Magdalene Gunkel Wilder was born on May 20, 1971, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at Rapides Regional Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Sandra was a good mother and loved all her children. She loved swimming and white water rafting. Her hobby was collecting driftwood. She often went to the Vernon Lake to sit and clear her head. Friends and family was her life.
She was preceded in death by her father, George A. Wilder and brothers, Chris Vanover and Barry Vanover.
She is survived by her children, Aaron Wilder & wife Mercedes of Cherry Point, N.C., Nolan Wilder of Leesville, Anthony Orduno of Leesville & Maria Orduno of Leesville; mother, Magdalene Wilder of Anacoco; siblings, John Vanover of Ohio, George Wayne Wilder of Ohio, Teresa Wilder & fiancé, Robert Livengood of Anacoco, George A. Wilder & fiancée, Alicia Vallet, of Anacoco & Gerald Wilder & wife Teresa of Hicks; nieces & nephews, Josh Vanover & fiancée, Rnea Sumler, Rhea Lambert, Dylan Wilder, Landen Wilder, Karley Wilder, Lizzy Livengood, Nicky Burns, Joseph Carman, Mark Carman & Little Chris Vanover; aunt, Betty Wilder and cousin, Mike Wilder.
