My deepest condolences to all of the immediate family of Sandi and to her many relatives especially the Troester family. I knew Sandi when she was a young gal and was always amused by her ready wit and smiling face which I remember well. I always called her Chipmunk. As a prior member of the Navy we always say may you encounter fair weather and following seas. I am sure the journey Sandi is on now is full of fair weather and following seas.
Our deepest sympathy to Sandi's immediate family and to the Troester family. Sandi was my first cousin and she went to Jr high with my daughter Jeanne, in Dubuque, IA. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.
