Funeral services for Sallye I. Allbritton, 94, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at Labby Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Blocker officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Forest Cemetery in Leesville, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m., Tuesday, April 17th, at the funeral home and on Wednesday, April 18th from 8:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Sallye, the daughter of John and Emily Sigler Scarber was born October 27, 1917, in Sugartown, Louisiana. She passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012, in Leesville, Louisiana.
Mrs. Allbritton loved to be at church serving her Lord. She loved her grandkids and her whole world revolved around her family. She enjoyed the simple things in life.
She was preceded in death by her husband Everette Allbritton.
She is survived by her sons, Paul & Jackie Allbritton & James & Gloria Allbritton all of Leesville; daughters, Dona & Joe Turberg of Arizona, Margaret & David Crosby of Texas & Emily & Bob Lopes of Arizona; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
