What a beautiful obituary for a beautiful lady. I have fond memories of her and Uncle Hoyt. 45mph on bus #14 and no faster! I also remember those of us who were the last few to be dropped off of the bus would get treated to a piece of Juicy Fruit gum. Boy did we think that was a treat! Aunt Ruth was a special friend to my family and we will cherish those memories forever. She is reunited with our Lord and with her beloved husband. Praying for all of you during this difficult time and I pray that you find peace. Until we see her and Uncle Hoyt again....go rest high on that mountain. Your work on Earth is done.

So sorry to hear of Mrs. Woodle's passing. Most everyone who lived on Highway 117 knew the Woodle family. My grandparents, J.D. and Mary Walker visited with them at their store many times. Mrs. Woodle and her husband were my bus drivers and I remember them fondly. They always had a piece of Juicy Fruit gum, a smile, and a seat up front if you were a favorite - I liked to think that I was. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Hoyt and family. Your mother was the most gentle and warm person ever. She always treated me and our teammates with kindness but got on to us if needed. Heaven is blessed.

We enjoyed many wonderful years with Mr and Mrs Woodle. We rode bus 14 and they cared so much about all of us. I appreciate those memories so much. They were one of a kind and such wonderful people. All my favorite memories of Ruth are of her laughing, usually at something that Kyle or Aaron had done. She loved to laugh and her laughter was contagious. We will all miss her but we will never forget her. She was a treasure. Our thoughts are with you all.
