Ruby M Sherer's Obituary
Funeral services for Ruby M. Sherer, 66, will be Monday, September 28, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Dry Greek Baptist Church. Dr. Benji Loyd, and Rev. Curt Iles will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dry Creek Cemetery under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home, in DeRidder, LA.
Mrs. Sherer passed away on Friday, September 25, 2009 in the Beauregard Memorial Hospital in DeRidder, LA.
She was born in California and was a lifelong resident of Beauregard Parish. She was a retired Social Worker for the Beauregard Parish Mental Health Office and was a member of Dry Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Casey J. Sherer of Dry Creek, LA; daughter Kayce A. (Eddie) Johnson of Rosepine, LA; brother Arval M. Moses of Weslaco, TX; grandchildren Colton Ryan Johnson , Coleburn Reece Johnson, & Corman Ross Johnson all of Rosepine, LA; six nieces, five great nephews, and ten great nieces
