Donna, I was shocked and saddened when I learned that Roy had gone home. I am glad that I had the time to really get to know him and what a really great friend he was. There were many days when we helped each other maintain our sanity. We are all sad, but remember Donna we know where he is. Susan Baker
I worked with Roy for years at GAFB. He was known for his knowledge and a great team player to get the mission done. I missed him when he retired, a good friend. My condolences.

Roy has always been a strong and dedicated child of God and a devoted friend. The years he worked in the Air Force helped to maintain the freedom we all so dearly love and the years we worked together remain the fondest of memories. I look toward the day when we meet up again.
Donna and Family, We have all lost a wonderful MAN. Roy, was a special person and he will be greatly missed. He was a friend of mine for many years. It all started at the McNeese BSU. I especially remember rooming with him at Kunsan Air Base, Korea. (1974) He was always laughing and he brought JOY into my life and for that I am very thankful. I only wish I could have lived closer (Oregon) to him these last few years. I look forward to seeing him again in GLORY!!!Richard G. Roy was a great friend and will be missed for sure. He taught Melissa and I so much of God's character in Sunday School and he always displayed God's love with others. A fine example of a Godly man for others to follow. I would thank God for his many (mini) blessings and Roy would say "and for the big ones too"! He was always so funny. Praying for you guys.
