Rodger and I were best of friends growing up. Sorry that I didn't get to know him as an adult.
He will be missed . Lord grant his family peace and comfort.
Roger was such a sweet heart and a hard worker. I was privileged to work with him at Fort Polk. RIP, Rogerr!
