I was sitting and reminiscing about my football days and Coach Causey came to mind. Though I am a 40 year old man now I will always remember Coach and all that he taught me and others at LJHS. With deepest sympathy
I just found out about this. Much respect to this good coach in my life. I really enjoyed playing for him in my years at LJHS. Very fond memories of him being a great role model for our team.

My deepest sympathy to the Causey family. Though out of town when I heard of Rodger's passing, I've had you all in my prayers and thoughts. I've known Rodger since our grade-school days; he always had a friendly smile and greeting for you - it made you feel good just knowing him. Our LHS class of '67 has lost another of the great guys. We will all miss him. May God bless and comfort you.
Coach Causey taught me history in Junior High School. Every one has that special teacher that holds a special place in his or her heart, and Coach Causey was mine. He was always so nice. Please accept my condolences. He was a good person.
Rodger, No. 33, was one of the Wampus Cat football players I admired the most. I had the privilege of being a trainer on the team and to be with a bunch of great guys. I remember taping his ankles more than once. Rodger is with the great healer now. May the Lord bless you and keep you and your family.
Our deepest sympathies. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.Don and Kathy Wells, Cranston RI
