Richard proudly served his country as a member of the United States Coast Guard, where he developed a deep love and respect for the military, which stayed with him throughout his life. His unwavering commitment to his country was evident, and he remained a strong supporter of the military throughout his years.
In addition to his service, Richard was a compassionate therapist who touched countless lives with his ability to help others. His care and understanding made a lasting impact on the people he worked with, and he will be remembered for his selflessness and generosity.
Richard had a great love for his children, and his devotion to them was immeasurable. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including fishing and collecting old radios. He was a man who appreciated the beauty in both nature and history.
