Funeral services for Regina Heard Stegman, 50, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 19, 2011, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Rev. Garner officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Memorial Cemetery in Leesville, LA under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 19th from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Regina Heard Stegman was born December 3, 1961, in St. Louis, MO. Regina departed this life and went to be with the Lord December 13, 2011.
Regina graduated from Leesville High School and attended Louisiana Tech University where she received an associate’s degree. Regina worked in the Leesville School System until her health began to fail.
Regina confessed Christ at an early age and was baptized in Leesville. Her membership was at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Regina leaves to mourn, her faithful and devoted husband, Robert Allen Stegman; daughter, Jennifer Heard Jackson; brothers, Reginald Heard (Linda) and Frederick; parents, Rev. Albert and Vernell Heard; mother and father-in-law, Robert Preston & Linda Grace Stegman; brother-in-law, Raymond Stegman; sister-in-law, Linda Stegman & David Parker; uncle, Eugene Jackson (Janet); aunt, Barbara Osborne; cousin, Pamela Holbrook. She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends.
Regina had one daughter and sister that preceded her in death.
