Rebecca Lynn James, 55, passed from this life on January 19, 2019 in DeRidder, Louisiana. Rebecca, the daughter of Buford Varnell and Mattie Lee (Price) Rose was born on January 9, 1964, in Hammond, Louisiana.
Visitation will begin Wednesday, January 23, 2019, from 10 AM until 1 PM in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will begin at 1 PM in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Lee Glass officiating.
She loved being Mom and Nana, spending as much time with her children and grandchildren as possible. Rebecca was a home health nurse, she loved spending time with her loved ones and friends.
Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Levi Butler of DeRidder, LA, Clinton Butler and wife Christina of Mannford, Ok; daughter, Christina Lee Rose of DeRidder, LA; brother, Buford Allen Rose of Oak Grove, LA, Jeffery M. Rose of Oak Grove, LA; sisters, Charlotte Bailey of DeRidder, LA, Rachel Rose of Oak Grove, LA, and nine grandchildren.
