Ray Clayton's Obituary
Funeral services for Ray Clayton, 80, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 1st, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Roy & Rebecca Hennessey officiating. Burial will follow in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be Sunday, May 31st, at 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday June 1st, from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Ray was born on November 9, 1934 in Georgia. He passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015, in Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bobby Jean Clayton; brother, Doster Clayton and sister, Mary Frances Clitt.
He is survived by his son, Donald Clayton of Moss Bluff, LA; daughters, Pat Clayton-Diaz and husband John of Ft. Worth, TX and Debbie Gill of Pitkin, LA; brothers, Marvin Clayton of Florida and Glen Clayton of Florida; grandchildren, Paden Clayton and his wife Lisa, Lyle Clayton, Vanessa Diaz, Hanna Johnson & her husband Cody, Ashton Griffin and her husband Chris, Kassey Thompson & Lane Gill and great grandchildren, Sam, Jamie, Liam, McKenize, Madisen, Chandler, Colton, Carter, Auston, Abby and Ashlynn.
