Ramona G. Tuck's Obituary
Funeral services for Ramona G. Tuck, of Leesville will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, September 6, 2009 at the East Leesville Baptist Church with Rev. Gil Arthur officiating. The burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Cravens. Friends may visit Saturday, September 5th from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm in the church and then 2 pm until service time in the church Sunday, September 6th.
Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Louisiana.
Ramona was born on December 23, 1960 to Ray and Jewelene Wisby Gill she passed away Thursday, September 3rd at the St Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria at the age of 48 years.
She worked for the Vernon Parish School System as a finance purchasing clerk. She Volunteered for CASA and also the Triumph Ministry at East Leesville and was a former foster parent. She loved to scrapbook, picture taking, loved playing with her grandchildren and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her mother Jewelene Gill and her brother, Wayne Gill.
She is survived by her husband, Kim Tuck of Leesville; sons, Brannon (wife, Ashley) Bennett of Pitkin, Bret (wife, Laykin) Bennett of Slagle; daughters, Haley (husband, Brandon) Stevens of Leesville and Brandi Bennett of Leesville; father, Ray Gill of Chopin, LA; brothers, Byron (wife, Sandy) Gill of Chopin, LA and Landry (wife, Debbie ) Gill of Cravens; sisters, Sharon (husband, Charlie) Hoffman of Clinton, OK, Zell (husband, Calvin) Reeves of Reeves, LA, Mary Lynn (husband, Johnny) Johnson of Cravens, Lisa (husband Mike) Perkins of DeRidder, Kay (husband, Tony) Nessmith of Calcasieu, LA and Amy (husband, David) Duff of Clinton , OK and NeNe’s 10 Grandchildren
