My sincere condolences to Sue's family. I grew up and attended school with Sue. Even after she moved back to DeRidder and married Jimmy, I found her to be the same, friendly, caring friend from childhood. I wish the best for her entire family. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
We looked forward each year visiting with you at the re-enactment and have missed those visits. Now we will really miss you. Our prayers are with the family.
I have very fond memories of Ramona. She and I were of the old school. We were tea drinkers when tea was available and enjoyed the company of the ladies. We were also belles of the Battery. Ramona was a lady. And as a lady, she followed direction to the letter, but was a leader to the core. Ramona, I will see you where all artillerymen gather...at Fiddler's Green.

My husband and I were deeply saddened to hear of Ramona's passing. Without her expert insurance help we would not have been able to have the life we now have in Louisiana. Ramona was a very special lady to us and our son. Our condolences to Ramona Lee's family in this time of sadness.

we chose each other as family and i could never fill the void that has been left in my life at her loss. nothing was as strong as her convictions and love for family and friends. i can still hear her sweet laugh and hear her tell her awesome stories that made you feel like you were there. gracious, kind, generous, beautiful inside and out, caretaker to all animals from squirrels to bulls...she would bottle feed anything that needed to be fed. there will never be another like her. thank you for being one of the best friends a girl could have. i miss you. i love you nicole. we will always be family my sweet little girl.i love you tiger. we will hold tight as she would have wished.
