Graveside services for Quinta Westmoreland Goins will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at the Pine Hill Cemetery in Leesville, at 10:00 A.M. under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.
Quinta was born on October 6, 1940 in Burr Ferry to her parents Tommy and Elsie McGraw Kay. She passed away on June 23, 2025 in Leesville, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Melvin; son, Joseph Westmoreland and daughter, Ramona Kay Brown.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosemary Whalen (Jackie) of Pensacola, FL; brother, William Earl Kay (Joanne) of Burr Ferry and sister, Thelma Louise Keel of Burr Ferry.
