Percy George Gammage's Obituary
Funeral services for Percy George Gammage, 74, of New Llano, Louisiana will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, January 30th, at the New Willow Baptist Church in Leesville with Rev. Percy Gammage, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be Friday, January 30th, from10:30 a.m. until time of service at the church.
Percy, the son of John Lewis Ellis and Lola Mae Gammage, was born August 7, 1940 in Rose Hill, MS. He passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015, in Leesville, LA.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Sue Gammage of New Llano; sons, Percy Gammage, Jr., of Leesville, John Lewis Gammage of New Llano, Tyrone Gammage of Leesville, & Robert Taylor of Fayetteville, NC: daughter, Yolanda Payton of Leesville; brothers, Roosevelt Combest, Henry Gammage, Willie James Gammage & Billy Ray Gammage all of Laurel, MS; sistrs, Minnie Gammage & Rufus Gammage both of Laurel, MS; twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
