Pearl Mae Bridges' Obituary
Funeral services for Pearl Mae Bridges, 69, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Rev. Brooks Coburn and Rev. Mike Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Florien Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 31st from 5 pm - 8 pm, in the funeral home then Monday from 8 am until service time in the chapel.
Pearl, the daughter of Arles and Johnnie Gill, was born December 15, 1943, in Texarkana, Arkansas. She passed away Friday, March 29th at the Woodland Nursing Center in Leesville.
Pearl worked as a beautician for over 20 years; then went to Wesley Bible College and Seminary, where she received her Master’s Degree in Theology. After receiving her Master she went to Fruitland, New Mexico and served in the mission field serving the Navajo Indians. She was a member of Family Worship Center in Leesville.
Mrs. Pearl is survived by her son, DeLane Bridges & wife, Allison of Many, LA & Bryan Bridges & wife, Angie of Boyce, LA; daughter, Melinda Bridges Randolph & Robin Janssen of Florien, LA and eight grandchildren.
