Olene Sigler's Obituary
Funeral services for Olene Sigler, 80, of New Llano, LA will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville, LA. Burial will follow in the Glass Window Cemetery in Slagle, LA under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held from 11 am - 10 pm, Wednesday, August 04, 2010 and Thursday, August 5th from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm in the funeral home.
Olene was the daughter of William F. and Lelia Rose Self Bryant. She was born on March 21, 1930 in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. She passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, at Rosepine Retirement and Rehab Center in Rosepine, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her husband Vonnie Wayne Sigler.
She is survived by her daughters, Lelia & husband, George Lankford of New Llano, LA & Beverly & husband, Rodney Thigpen of Morgan City, LA; brothers, Cecil Bryant of Bridge City, TX and Allen Bryant of Port Arthur, TX; sister, Ruth Cotton of Lufkin, TX; three grandchildren, Larissa Prince of Morgan City, LA, Mildred McNamara of New Llano, LA & Sherry Lankford of New Llano, LA and five great grandchildren, Alli Prince, Charlie Prince, Malachi McNamara, Branden McNamara and Niki Ozimek.
