Funeral services for Nelson L. Singletary will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Father Anthony Catella officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 15, 2013 from 4-9p.m. in the Funeral Home. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00p.m.
Mr. Singletary was born on June 27, 1943 in Vernon Parish to Leon & Mary Singletary. He passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2013 in the West Monroe Guest House in West Monroe, Louisiana.
He is preceded in death by His Parents and One Sister: Alma Sue Kapotsy
Mr. Singletary is survived by: Brothers: Emerson & Alice Singletary of Leesville, La., and C.L. Singletary of Monroe, La.; Sister: Joyce & Neal Walters of Monroe, La.; Nieces & Nephews: Sharon Bannister, Tony Lavergne, Buzz Singletary, Steven Walters, Tina Simon, Earl Kapotsy and Chad Singletary.
