Naomi Brinkley's Obituary
Funeral services for Naomi Brinkley, 58, of Leesville, Louisiana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013, at Saint Michael The Archangel Catholic Church in Leesville. Burial will follow in the Pine Island Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 4th from 5 pm - 8 pm at the funeral home with a Rosary being held at 7 pm.
Naomi, the daughter of Eugene Tyler, Sr., and Annie Mae Bebe Tyler was born February 16, 1954, in Pineville, Louisiana. She passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at her residence in Leesville.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Wanda Sue Tyler, Shirley Tyler, Dora Jane Thomas, Mark Tyler and Jerry Eugene Tyler.
Naomi was a loving wife and mother and grandmother. She was a giver not a taker. She had a sweet smile and never complained.
She is survived by her husband Billy Brinkley of Leesville; son, Jason Brinkley of DeRidder; daughter, Lisa Brinkley Oliver and husband Steve of Livingston, TX; brothers, Johnny Tyler & wife, Edna, Gerald Tyler & wife, Sabrina, Luke Tyler & wife, Mary, Elvis Tyler & wife Pat and Floyd Tyler & wife Cleo; sisters, Blanche Thomas & husband, Gene, Margaret Byone & husband Cleve and Elaine Bagby & husband, Abraham; grandchildren, Charles Oliver & wife Angela, Travis Oliver & wife Allison and Paul Oliver and great grandchildren, Charlie Oliver, Ryan Oliver and Trey Oliver.
