To: Friend who is keeping Andrea's Guest Book and her precious contributions to "life" alive
I am just finding out about her passing and I am just sadden. Many years ago we were members of a group of 12 ladies known in Richmond, Virginia as the EMI Social Club.
Andrea was a very special person and her smile and quiet mannerism will always be alive in my thoughts.
May God continue to hold her children in His Hands.

Andrea was always a positive person whenever I crossed her path. We could chat forever at the grocery store, a fellowship or at a Jazz Society event. I always knew that she dearly loved her family. She was a joy for so many people.
The last ime that I saw her; she spoke of writing a book when she got to Georgia. She was happy; just talking about her plans. Her life was a book of love and compassion for others.
She is missed. We met at VSU in 1961 and graduated with the class of '65. Then we came back to Richmond ready to take on the world. We skipped through the streets of Northside arm in arm, as we thought about our futures - Andrea, Carole, Barbara, Mary, Bernice and I. I hope that I did not forget anyone. She loved life and she loved people, and now she can rest. She did a great job.
I had the wonderful opportunity to meet and work with Andrea at L. Douglas Wilder Library and was very sad to hear of her loss. She and I share alot of laughs and heart to heart stories. Many prayers go out to Carla, Claude and Family. Death separates us for a time; but Christ will reunite us forever and remember Psalm 23:4
though I only knew you for a short time, I loved you from the moment we first met. I will miss your kind words and your warm personality. I will always remember our last conversation....rest in peace
