Maxwell Keith Smith, 61, of DeRidder, passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center of Alexandria, Louisiana, on March 23, 2024.
Maxwell was born on March 5, 1963, in Many, Louisiana, to his parents, Louis Maxwell Smith & Ruth Mahaffey Nyberg.
Maxwell is preceded in death by his Daughter, Zalee Gail Day-Smith, and Sister Valerie Sewell-Carpenter.
Left to cherish his memory is his Son, Thomas McKinley Day-Smith of Ragley; Mother, Ruth Mahaffey Nyberg of Leesville; Sister, Leisha Rangel of Leesville.
Memorial services will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church of Florien, Louisiana, on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 10:30 a.m.
