Mattie Gammage's Obituary
Funeral services for Mattie Gammage, 82 of Leesville, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 in the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church of Leesville with Rev. Derrick Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Leesville.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 11:00 A.M until time of service in the church.
Mattie was born on August 14, 1938 in Heidelberg, Mississippi to her parents, Lawyer & Susie Clayton Abney. She passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Leesville.
Left to cherish her memory is her sons; Percy Gammage, Jr. of Leesville, LA., John Gammage of New Llano, LA., Tyrone Gammage of Lafayette, LA., brother; Ned Abney of Heidelberg, MS., eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
