Mary Ann Wisby's Obituary
Funeral Services for Mary Ann Wisby, 67, of Tulsa, OK, will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011, 11:00 AM at Labby Memorial Funeral Home of DeRidder, LA. Burial will be at Wisby Cemetery in Cravens, LA. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 9, 2011, beginning at 4pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
Mary Ann was born on June 9, 1944 in Inglewood, CA, to John Mahaffey & Norma (McGuire) Mahaffey. She passed from this life on December 5, 2011, at her home in Glenpool, Oklahoma.
She had lived in the Tulsa area for many years and had been a resident of Glenpool since 2005. She was a retired secretary after having worked many years in the industries of insurance claims and private investigations. Her family warmly remembers her as a person that thoroughly enjoyed life.
Mary was preceded in death by 2 sons; Alan & Chris Wisby.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jefferson C. “Jeff” Wisby, whom she married on October 3, 1980, in Reno, Nevada; as well as by her mother, Norma Tribal of Redding, CA; 2 daughters, Tracy Mahaffey of Austin, TX & Becki Cisneros of Norco, CA; 3 sons, Harry Wolford of Washington, Kim Wisby of Bristow, OK & Jeffery Wisby of Anaheim, CA; 2 brothers, Don Mahaffey of Redding, CA & Steve Mahaffey of Pagosa Springs, CO; numerous grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren & several nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
