I remember Linda as an excellent teacher at Dodson High School where she taught my daughter, Dr. Hylda B. Nugent,in the second grade and my late husband, Freddy Bennett, was her principal. Linda was truly a lady. She will be missed by all who knew her. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.

I was Linda's roommate at Northwestern State College. We were also charter members of Phi Mu Sorority. I really enjoyed rooming with her. We shared many good times. She was a very compassionate and caring person. My prayers are with the family in your time of sorrow.
To Linda's family: She was the sweetest person anyone could ever know. She always had a smile for you and always listened to what you said. As her 1966 classmate, I admired and respected her as both a friend and fellow graduate. May God bear her up into His loving arms and comfort each of you as you grieve her loss. She will be sorely missed.
Linda was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever had the honor of knowing. I treasure my memories of her as we worked together at Pine Wood for 13 wonderful years. Natalie and Ty, your mother was so proud of you. She bragged about you often. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. She was a classy lady who will be missed by so many. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers. Much love to you and God bless you and keep you.
