Martha "Bonnie" Bailey's Obituary
Funeral services for Martha “Bonnie” Bailey, 84, of Leesville will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Rev. Charles Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Bailey Cemetery in Rosepine.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2019, from 9:00a.m. until service time in the Funeral Home.
Martha was born on November 15, 1934 in Ragley, LA to her parents, Roland and Nanny Parsons. She passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Byrd Memorial Hospital in Leesville.
She worked for many years as an office manager for BellSouth. After retiring, she and her husband, C.J. owned and operated the Dairy and Country Store on Bailey Road in Rosepine. She was a member of the Pilot Club of Leesville, past LA Governor, past PIFF Ambassador.
Martha is preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Nanny and her husband, C.J. Bailey, son, Blane Williams, brother, Russell Parsons, sister, JoAnn Piazza.
Left to cherish her memory are her Sons: Clay Williams and wife, Lisa of Leesville and Brian Williams and wife, Chris of Victoria, TX; Sister: Iva Stanfield Wier of Lake Charles; Four Grandchildren: Anecia, Courtney, Bonnie, Bailey and 10 Great Grandchildren.
