Funeral services for Marie Snell 85, of Anacoco, Louisiana will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2015, at the East Leesville Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Smart and Rev. Jerry Key officiating. Burial will follow in the Good Hope Cemetery in Anacoco under the direction of Labby Memorial Home of Leesville.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 26, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the church.
Marie, the daughter of Edward Isaac French and Marie Butler Robertson, was born February 12, 1930, in Houston, Texas. She passed away on Monday, December 21, 2015, in Many, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harrell Ray Snell; daughter, Melanie Strope and
grandson, William Orme.
She is survived by her sons, Mike (Jeannie) Orme of Anacoco, Mark (Kerry) Orme of Galveston, TX, Monty (Pam) Orme of Anacoco and Dallas Snell of Austin, TX; daughter, Ginger Snell of Montgomery, TX; sisters, Betty Pierson of Willis, TX and Ann Dodd of Bogata, TX and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
